Meet the team: This is a partial list of the most frequent team members Gary Green Gaming assembles for casino rescues. The team includes company staff and ad-hoc experts in highly specialized fields, called in on a case-by-case basis. Chief Financial Officer, Lissette Balbiers is the epitome of corporate financial operations. The former Chief Financial Officer for the Deutsche Post owned international delivery company DHL, she has been responsible for directing and overseeing all aspects of the finance, business planning, controlling, accounting, treasury, fiscal and administration activities of that company. Prior to DHL, she headed American Airlines’ Business Planning Department. Vastly knowledgeable and holding specialized experience with the Zero Based Budgeting philosophy, she is one of only a handful of financial professionals to have the expertise to execute our proprietary budgeting methodology. Director of Operations (and casinos General Manager), Johnny Winokur was raised in the casino industry, quite literally; his father was one of classic Las Vegas’ casino “bosses”. Johnny, himself, has worked in the casinos for 40 years with hands-on experience in a variety of positions from line-worker to top executive. He started his career as a table games dealer in Las Vegas, but quickly moved up the ladder to Shift Manager. His rapid ascension through gambling operations included Slot and Table Games Director, Casino Operations Director, and General Manager.  On the promotional side, he developed and organized numerous golf tournaments and charity functions that have aided in enhancing public relations with surrounding communities. Over the years he has broadened his education in team building, guest services, and public speaking through such courses as Peter Scott’s “Competitive Edge," “Train the Trainer” by Robinson & Associates, and the Dale Carnegie Team Building program. He also adds to his credit creation of a dealer’s training school, and a casino mentoring program for Tribal Members.  In a greenfield project, the construction of the new Point Casino in Kingston Washington, Johnny served as Director of Operations and Project Coordinator for all gaming applications. He designed the Slot Floor, Table Gaming Area, and Poker Room, and oversaw all facility operations including housekeeping, construction projects, and the hiring and training of all personnel under his direction. In addition, he oversaw the development and installation of their entire business operations computer network.  During his eight years at the Point, Johnny worked closely with the Gaming Authority and the casino's Compliance Department, overseeing the implementation of internal control handbooks for all gaming departments. He also developed and implemented budgets, and negotiated and reviewed all contracts for the gaming and facility departments.  Patrick Maciel is the Chief Technology Officer of Gary Green Gaming Inc. and a full partner in SmartRooms (the hotel-casino technology company owned by Gary Green Gaming. He is a former team leader and senior engineer at Scientific Games, one of the world’s largest slot machine companies (formerly Bally and WMS). He was responsible for installation and support of interfaces between online gaming systems and land-based casinos utilizing Amazon Cloud Services and Microsoft Azure Cloud. He went on to be a founder of a hotel-services company focused on casino-hotel-resort automation. His extensive background includes multiple technologies, program languages, and management of teams of new-technology engineers. In our customer-centric business models, among the key functions are Customer Service and Training. Industry veteran Roger Ooms heads those units for us. If anyone understands building customer relationships it is Roger Ooms. He is well-known throughout the gaming industry for the focused customer service techniques he has taught to gaming managers all over the world (literally) and implemented to customers in bingo. Roger has trained and implemented customer service through the auspices of numerous gaming manufacturing companies that depend on successful customer interaction to generate revenue from their games. He has taken mediocre gaming companies and turned them into industry leaders with cutting-edge customer loyalty programs and in-house service programs. He is one of the creators of the concept of two-constituency customer service; customer relationships with the casino and employee relationships with the casino. Combined with his “one-degree makes all the difference” philosophy, he has guided multiple gaming businesses into the next generation. Beginning in the industry within the most customer-centric sector, Roger Ooms career grew from running a Knights of Columbus bingo hall into providing electronic bingo and gaming machines throughout his vast network of casinos within several countries. That experience includes placing bingo and implementing customer service at every military on-base PX in the world. A former owner and corporate executive, Roger understands first-hand the Gary Green Gaming intense focus on the customer experience and brings that to his customized training programs. Direct Associates. Our Brand management and brand expansion, major-focus areas for creating investor value, is handled by legendary Hollywood uber-agent Alan Morell. The CEO of Creative Management Partners (Beverly Hills ─ New York ─ London ─Toronto), it was Alan Morell who sold Gary Green’s book and television series. Alan has represented the Pope, Frank Sinatra, two Presidents of the United States, and the Rolling Stones, among others. With more than 30 years of global expertise in the successful development and management of branding, talent, literary, TV and film packaging, commercial rights, corporate consulting, media positioning, sponsorship of live events and intellectual property rights. Mr. Morell is one of the few in the sports, entertainment and the arts industries, who has represented and managed clients that have won the prestigious awards: Grammy, Tony, Oscar, Emmy, ESPY, Victors and NY Times Best Selling Authors.  He has created and/or managed more than 2,500 campaigns for talent and events globally within the disciplines of Sports (including the management of the "Legends and Masters of Tennis," which involved careers and campaigns of Rod Laver, Ken Rosewall, Bjorn Borg, John Newcombe, Illie Nastase, Bobby Riggs and Billie Jean King; "Masters of Hockey" with Phil Esposito and Bobby Orr; "Stars on Ice" with Scott Hamilton; "World Series of Golf" with Arnold Palmer; Entertainment (including management of the campaigns of Liberace, Henny Youngman, "Jilly Rizzo's Rat Pack Tour" featuring Frank Sinatra, & Dean Martin, Pro-Celebrity campaigns with Charlton Heston, Gene Wilder, Gene Hackman and the Arts including the management of campaigns for Bill Cosby, Bobby Short, opera "Aida," "Madame Butterfly" and the London Symphony Orchestra; Gaming campaigns for Riviera, Bellagio, The Mirage, Flamingo, Las Vegas Hilton, Trump Atlantic City, and Monte-Carlo S.B.M. He served as the Executive Producer, hired by the Vatican for the Visit of Pope John Paul II to New York. Mr. Morell was engaged by Jay Coleman, for Commercial Representation of "The Rolling Stones 50th Anniversary Tour." He served as Commercial Sponsorship Advisor to the Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton inaugurals.  Bradley Lowell Wilson is under contract with Gary Green Gaming for his expertise slot machine revenue analytics. Recently the Director of Database Analytics and Destination Marketing for the richest casino in world (generating $3.9-billion play per month), Brad Wilson also has directed the opening, renovation, new floor layout, and game mix of more than 30 casinos. A former senior manager for International Game Technology’s casino services, he has also He has held numerous executive positions for casinos, gaming suppliers, cruise lines, and lottery systems. Brad has performed multiple due diligences for casino acquisitions, rescue analyses for improved casino operations, loss prevention audits, and compliance reviews. Having operated multiple times in the Asian junket market, he also is expert attracting those players. He assisted Gary Green with the due-diligence floor analysis of the Trump Plaza Casino in Atlantic City. He is the creator and star of “Cooking with Love,” which was featured on Deco Drive, a popular nightly entertainment TV show. He serves as the culinary advisor to Gary Green’s “Casino Rescue” television series and will be engaged as an advisor to keep the food & beverage operations at various company projects consistent with the branding and vision that we have for the property. David Cook is a near-legendary Indian casino regulator. A former police sergeant, he retired from law enforcement in his thirties as the most decorated living police officer in the history of Oklahoma. With the proliferation of more than 75 casinos in that state, David moved to become one of the most knowledgably and respected regulators and casino security experts in the country.  Currently the CSO (Chief Security Officer) for the nine casinos and two travel plazas of the Muscogee Creek Nation’s Gaming Operations Authority, David has created and managed regulatory consulting department of several gaming commissions, establishing, organizing, and structuring new jurisdiction commissions. He also has written multiple policies and procedures as well as gaming ordinances and casino internal control standards, and has served as the executive director of several gaming commissions. Joan Haberle is our Atlantic City and New Jersey State political liaison. She is the former Secretary of State of New Jersey, a member Federal Board of the Small Business Administration, a member of the National Land Council, and former assistant Chief of Staff to the Governor of New Jersey. A licensed real estate broker focusing on hotels, hospitality, timeshares, and casinos; she maintains friendships and association with three former governors, most of the current New Jersey legislature, as well as union officials, municipal government officials, gaming commissions, State casino redevelopment authority administrators, and other key players in the public sector that impacts the Atlantic City casino industry. OTHER Our team includes other seasoned department heads and senior operatives with specific as-needed experience in hotel operation, marketing, facilities, entertainment production, costume, tables, security & surveillance, players club, butler, outbound telemarketing, data analysis, retail, and other intensely specialized fields. Buddy J. Levy

co-founder & CEO Buddy Levy is truly one of the founding fathers of Indian Tribal gaming. He negotiated, and held for 20 years, the first Indian gaming management contract and was one of the guiding forces in bring the landmark 1981 court case that created Indian casinos in America. Today, he is widely recognized as the leading expert in slot machine regulatory requirements in Indian Gaming. A graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, Buddy has been practicing law since 1974 and is licensed in the States of Florida and Texas. He is a General Member of the International Masters of Gaming Law whose Stockholders include internationally selected attorneys specializing in a gaming practice, regulators and other persons engaged in gaming at a high level. For most of Buddy’s career his practice has concentrated on both transactional and gaming matters and for more than half that time he has served in the position of General Counsel for different companies. Today, he combines a transactional legal practice, including a General Counsel position, with that of his private gaming practice representing primarily foreign entities desiring entry into the United States gambling market through Tribally-Owned Casinos. An expert in navigating the regulatory requirements of Indian Gaming he is widely recognized as a master of the detailed and constantly changing licensing procedures, and expert in knowing the complex list of persons to know and work with in the details and customs of dealing with Native American Tribes and Tribally-Owned Casinos.
